We are looking for startups and scaleups that want to collaborate with Deutsche Bahn to make the business processes related to the planning, monitoring, and management of big construction projects future-proof. We are looking for solutions in the following areas:
Solutions related to big data integration from different platforms, data crawling and extraction (from pictures of construction plans), data visualization (geotagging and referencing), or data structuring (document databases using tags).
Solutions based on smart contract technology to make policies and rulebooks digitally accessible and thereby improve process management and optimize workflow initiation (use of triggers, automated alerts, etc).
BPM and RPA
Solutions to automate repetitive tasks in planning, managing, and observing processes within construction projects. For example, workflow optimization solutions between stakeholders and microservices in the form of software add-ons.
Solutions to ease understanding and communication with stakeholders on big construction projects by the use of digital twin technology. Relevant features include visualization, acoustic noise exposure analysis, as well as AR applications.
Solutions that use AI to monitor and alert personal at the right time. For example, the use of digital plans, (underground) monitoring solutions for construction sites, as well as technologies such as image recognition, pattern recognition, and natural language processing.

ANNOUNCEMENT OF SELECTED STARTUPS
The startups selected for the pitch event will be announced on August 23rd.
To support you, there will be optional pitch trainings for the selected startups between September 8th and 11th.
Selected startups will be invited to pitch their solution and potential collaboration with Deutsche Bahn on September 12th, in Berlin.
