Solutions and Technologies for the Workplace of the Future (2025)

The way organisations work and support their employees to be as happy, mobile, secure and productive as possible is changing. Fujitsu is defining the new standard in supporting the workplace of the future in co-creation with our customers. Introducing new agile ways of working, mobility and by applying Artificial Intelligence, IoT, Cloud and Security services and technologies, we are inspiring workplaces and offices with our customers and making them a reality. We believe innovation is a playing field where startups can highly contribute, so we want to give them the opportunity to provide their unique perspective and solutions.

What will an effective workplace or office look like? What’s going to happen when AI becomes mainstream and the traditional offices disappear? These are all questions that we need to consider for the workplace of the future. 2025 may seem a long way away, but the preparations for the workplace of the future must begin now! The next decade will see nothing short of a revolution take place in the way that we work, from the technology we use, to the people we employ, to where in the world we decide to work. A lot of what will become the norm, is unthinkable today. Does your startup have what it takes to keep up with this ever developing workplace? Do you have a technology or solution that supports this and want to grow your company then this challenge is for you.

Our focus is to connect your company and solution to our customer base and to look for proof of concepts from these customers, so your solutions need to be capable of integration into existing systems with limited effort. Since we are working with sensitive data of our customers, security is also an important aspect to take into account.
