Get in the Ring together with YES!Delft and its ecosystem partners are looking for ambitious startups to validate their product/service for new markets under the SocialTech spectrum, such as mental health, physical health, home and prevention care.

 

Technology has the power to strengthen human society and build a more resilient future. YES!Delft understands the impact technology can have on mental and physical health, education and living conditions. Together with Erasmus University Rotterdam and their joint ecosystem, they are offering the ultimate environment for your SocialTech startup to grow!

Since 2020, YES!Delft is the proud partner of Erasmus University Rotterdam running the SocialTech Validation Lab together.

 

The SocialTech Validation Lab focuses on promising tech solutions that contribute to a resilient and healthy society. Smart solutions in areas like mental health, physical health, home care and prevention. It is a pressure cooker. Providing a rich ecosystem of scientific, public and private partners, who bring extensive knowledge and guidance to this two-month program.

The program allows entrepreneurs to discover the market potential or perhaps a whole new market, for their SocialTech ideas. Participants explore and validate their idea, problem-solution fit and business model. The program will introduce them to stakeholders in the social domain as well as help them to develop a network of peers, experts, and mentors.

THE CHALLENGE

In order to contribute to a resilient and healthy society, YES!Delft is looking for solutions for the following target groups:

Mental Health

Tech solutions related to increasing a person's mental health. Health tech, ed tech, robotics, apps, and data are all interesting solution directions

Physical Health

Solutions related to the increased physical well being of youth and elderly as well as any solutions that aid in care workers of these two groups of people

Home and Prevention Care

Solutions related to helping elderly and disabled people increase their quality of life in their home and solutions related to helping home care workers be healthier and happier are all in scope

What's in it for you

  • A 10-week part time programme to find your problem-solution fit and meet important stakeholders.

  • Valuable input and feedback from experienced trainers, mentors and peers.

  • During the programme you will get access to YES!Delft’s ecosystem of investors, service partners and launching customers.

Additional requirements

  • You must have 2 or more founders or decision makers who will participate in the part time programme

  • Your startup must be located in the Netherlands

The selected startup will be informed of their admission into the programme on the 14th of April
