Lagos

Lagos is a valuable city in the African startup ecosystem. In 2017, it was even crowned as the most valuable in Africa and in 2019, it jumped 120 places and was ranked as the 99th startup city in the world for the quality, quantity, and business environment that startups and relevant organizations created. Jumia, often claimed as Africa's Alibaba, is the continent's first unicorn and a proof of the thriving ecosystem in Nigeria.
