Application platform Smart Forest provides a possibility for selling/buying/changing of bio-digital assets: (1) CC/Carbon Credits, and (2) TT/Tokenized Trees. TT is an Ethereum ERC721 certificate for a real tree with its own RFID, ownership rights, geo-location, full description, including the real-time accurately calculated carbon offset/carbon credits. We help companies to improve their business image and offset CO2 emission by buying/holding TT&CC. It’s more transparent, sustainable and efficient than today’s money lost on greenwashing/quotes buying. Companies can also transfer assets to their customers as a GIFT, for loyalty, for tasks, news sharing). Customers can collect, view, exchange assets in the web/mobile App.

Description:

We combine new culinary experiences of guests with the needs of restaurants. Finebite App gathers users (300.000+, as of 01/04/2020) with top restaurants (500+, as of 01/04/2020) in Poland, Germany and Ukraine by offering different values. First and core offer is based on the discount of 50% on all a la carte meals (beverages and alcohol are excluded). Restaurants book one table for one to four Finebite guests each day. Time is defined by restaurants. Used can make only one booking in the same restaurant in 6 months period. Restaurants benefit from the opportunity to show their place and menu to mostly new users (and make them become their fix guests afterwards). After each reservation, a mandatory detailed and open-ended questions questionnaire is filled by the users and send to the owner/manager of the restaurant. Users are also provided with the direct link to restaurants social media and rating pages to help increase the online presence of the place. From 2020 Finebite offers also Blind Tasting dinners in the no-waste formula. Guests pay an upfront known fee and gather to experience meals unavailable in a daily offer. In Q2-Q3 2020 Finebite will start selling event tickets. This offer closes a gap in day to day restaurant operations by having a sales tool for a customized event in hand. Finebite collects a fee of 10 pln (or equivalent in different currency) for each booking.

We have created easy, fast and portable test designed for testing fruit and fruit products rich in polyphenol content. Our test is fast (6 min), cheap (3$ per sample), easy and mobile. It designed to check polyphenols in fresh/frozen fruits/fruit products. You just put a drop of juice to the test paper, add reagent and interpret result by app in 6 min. It could be used regularly on every batch of products and raw material even before the purchase and production to confirm high level of polyphenols and other bioactive compounds. It could be a great marketing tool to show the quality of products to a final customer and to screen competitor products. It is designated for producers of functional/organic juices, smoothies, wines, concentrates, powders, extracts, lyophilized food, dietary supplements. Polyphenols are a special type of antioxidants in dark fruits and berries which is good for cardiovascular system. That was confirmed by number of clinical studies. The high level of polyphenols in fruits/product mean that other bioactive compounds are present. Use of pesticides, bad storage conditions, etc decrease the polyphenol level up to 10 times. The problem is that fruit processing companies who produce healthy/super food check polyphenols in their final products once a year, because lab tests take 2-6 weeks and cost from €100/test. Thus, there are no polyphenols on product packages and their products are not distinguished among competitors. In August 2017 we filed a European patent application for our test no 17188048.7. Currently it is in process, we already have positive evaluation about patentability. We have good correlation ( above 0.8) of our test with laboratory results. After tests with 3 polish fruit processing companies, we have created our second prototype i.e. test for multisample testing. That speed up the process of the testing and have higher accuracy. Currently, we run laboratory tests of our prototype.
