In a hotly contested global livestream pitch battle finale, Wasser 3.0 edged out Kraftblock to be adjudged the winner of Get in the Ring Berlin – Impact, powered by ImpactCity and Unknown Group. In this livestream, it was also announced that Ü Impact were the runaway winners of the Public Voting for Berlin.
Participating in the event as jury members were Erwin Stahl (Managing Director – Bonventure Management), Dr. Aline Vedder (Investment Manager – Ananda Impact Ventures) and Julia Hitzbleck (Head of LifeHub Berlin – Bayer). In an extraordinary turn of events, the jury used their discretion to also give Kraftblock a ticket to the Impact Finals in April 2021. This means that the City of Berlin has three impact solutions advancing to the finals, where they will join the other event winners to compete for a €500,000 convertible loan.
