Vertical Future

Vertical Future is a London-based technology company focused on improving population health through building a better, smarter, more efficient food system. We create groundbreaking technologies, build and run high-tech urban vertical farms, sell produce into B2B and B2C channels, and conduct research and development with a view to advancing the understanding of the controlled-environment-agriculture (CEA) sector overall.

COGZ

COGZ is the B2B online marketplace for food & beverage manufacturers and processors to buy surplus produce directly from farmers and growers. COGZ’s technology saves time, increases profitability and prevents food waste in primary production. The Company mission is to connect the food supply chain with a transparent, digital and efficient global marketplace. COGZ’s easy-to-use marketplace has a fully transactional MVP launched, secure chat functionality and works across devices. COGZ utilises its online marketplace to generate up to 30x more revenue for farmers, save processors up to 50% on expenditure and prevents tonnes of food from going to waste. COGZ’s impact to date has been vast, it has sold 65,000kg of surplus produce, saved 50M Litres of water and conserved 20,000kg of CO2.

TerraPrima Group

Making food production predictable and sustainable Terraprima Group is a UK-based company that is focused on the design, development and distribution of affordable IoT, data and insight solutions in the agricultural sector. Mothive and Odyssey Sensors, are its primary trading subsidiaries and have customers within two main verticals.

Nutrifix

Nutrifix is a B2B & B2B2C web platform that provides companies with a virtual staff canteen and employees with a personalised weekly meal plan from local restaurants and catering companies that they can have delivered straight to their workplace or order for collection. Companies can use ‘Food as a Benefit’ to reward and retain employees, whilst benefiting from a healthier, more informed and productive workforce; and anonymised data to inform their wellness strategy.
